Comedy Central celebrated “South Park’s” Emmy win with ice cream topped in hot fudge, whipped cream, stemmed cherries, and chopped nuts from Dandy Don’s Ice Cream. The show’s creators and executive producers, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, won the Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program.
