Ice cream that has been shipped from our premises cannot be returned or refunded without cause.

If it’s not right, we’ll fix it. Call or email us immediately if you’re order is late or melted. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.

Any order that has not been shipped out can be cancelled without a cancellation charge. If an order has already left our premises, it cannot be cancelled.

Dandy Don’s ships ice cream packed in insulated containers with dry ice via UPS Next Day Air. (Use caution handling dry ice. Never touch dry ice bare-handed or store in glass.)
