Dandy Don’s Ice Cream Online Store Policies
Return Policy:
Ice cream that has been shipped from our premises cannot be returned or refunded without cause.
Refund Policy:
If it’s not right, we’ll fix it. Call or email us immediately if you’re order is late or melted. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
Cancellation Policy:
Any order that has not been shipped out can be cancelled without a cancellation charge. If an order has already left our premises, it cannot be cancelled.
Delivery / Shipping Policy:
Dandy Don’s ships ice cream packed in insulated containers with dry ice via FedEx Next Day Air. (Use caution handling dry ice. Never touch dry ice bare-handed or store in glass.)
Privacy Statement:
Dandy Don’s never shares or sells customer information.
