Owner Don Whittemore explains, “People have been asking for years, ‘Where can I buy your ice cream to take home?’” The ice cream, normally sold wholesale to chefs and restaurant owners, has been dressed up in pint-sized containers with bar codes and nutritional information for the public. Some flavors like Vanilla Bean, Strawberries & Brown Sugar, Green Tea, and Mandarin Orange Chocolate are available year round. Seasonal ice creams like Pumpkin, Egg Nog, and Peppermint Stick are sold as holiday flavors November through January.
